1. Information We Collect
When you use Recurva, we collect information you provide directly (account details, billing information) and data you connect through supported integrations. Today that primarily includes Stripe transaction data, plus optional product or lifecycle events you send through Segment or custom event webhooks. We also collect standard usage data such as page views, feature usage, and device information.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
- Provide churn predictions and risk scores for your customers
- Generate AI-powered insights and recommendations
- Track revenue impact and ROI metrics
- Send alerts and notifications you configure
- Improve our prediction models and product experience
3. Data Processing & ML Models
Recurva uses machine learning models to predict customer churn risk. Your customer data is processed to compute behavioral features (payment patterns, usage trends, engagement signals). These features are used for predictions only within your tenant and are never shared across tenants or used to train models for other customers.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate Recurva (hosting, payment processing, email delivery) and when required by law. All sub-processors are bound by data processing agreements.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, row-level security for multi-tenant data isolation, encrypted storage of integration credentials, and regular security reviews. Access to production systems is restricted and audited.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove all customer data and predictions within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized analytics may be retained indefinitely.
7. Your Rights
You can export your data at any time through the dashboard or API. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us. If you are in the EU, you have additional rights under GDPR including access, rectification, portability, and the right to object to processing.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect functionality.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the product. Continued use of Recurva after changes constitutes acceptance.
