- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes. Choose any plan during signup, and once subscribed you can manage future plan changes from the billing portal in Settings.
- What happens when I hit my customer limit?
- We’ll notify you when you’re approaching your limit. You can upgrade to a higher tier or we’ll continue tracking your existing customers without adding new ones.
- Do you offer a free trial?
- Yes. New workspaces start with a 14-day Starter trial with no credit card required. If you choose Growth or Scale during signup, that selection is saved for activation after setup.
- Is there a setup fee?
- No setup fees. Connect your data sources, and initial predictions typically appear after the next daily scoring run once import completes.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe for both monthly and annual self-serve subscriptions. For larger deployments, contact sales.
